  • sets 1 – 2 : 1 power clean+ 1 front squat + 1 jerk : up to 70%
  • sets 3 – 4 : 1 clean liftoff (pause @ knee) + 1 clean & jerk  (off floor) : up to 80-85%
  • sets 7 – 8 : 1 clean & jerk @ 85+%
