Our group classes are designed to work for people of all fitness levels. All of our workouts are individualized to fit your abilities.

IMPROVE

Regularly attend classes and change your lifestyle.  We recommend a minimum of 3 classes per week.  You will face a new challenge everyday which will allow you to constantly make progress.

Weightlifting

Weightlifting is necessary to help improve overall strength and decrease body fat.  Athletes will follow an individualized strength program which will be used to track you progress.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics are any body weight movement (pull ups, push ups, handstands, muscle ups, toes to bar)  These movements will help create body awareness and teach you how to make your body work as one.

Cardio

Cardio is necessary to burning fat and improving stamina. Every class will incorporate a cardio based portion.
