Classes for All Fitness Levels

Our group classes are designed to work for people of any fitness levels. All of our workouts are individualized to fit your abilities.  No matter what your fitness level is we have something for you.  You will face a new challenge everyday which will allow you to constantly make progress.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength & conditioning based fitness program. It combines the most effective aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics & high intensity cardio.

There is no other exercise program that has as much diversity in its variables. Each workout is individualized. You will be challenged differently daily and work to your fullest potential.

Is CrossFit For Me?

Barbell Club

Barbell Club classes focus on Olympic weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squats). Athletes will be led through an in-depth strength program. Coaches will break down the movements in detail to help increase your technique.  This is a great class to take your Olympic weightlifting skills to the next level.  We recommend 2-3 month experience in our CrossFIt classes before coming to try our barbell club.  If you already have olympic weightlifting experience we can get you started today!!

Sweat Class

Sweat Class is “boot camp” styled class mostly using body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells & cardio equipment. Workouts involve long duration cardio. This class includes the intensity of CrossFit but removes the heavy weights. There are NO barbells used in these classes.  This is a great class for athletes looking for improve their endurance and get a good sweat in.  Free Trial for this class are available upon request.  

Yoga

Mobility and breath is an extremely important part of your training.  Not only will stretching help your mobility it will also help recovery and decrease the risk of injury.  Our yoga instructor will modify movements to cater to your current flexibility level.  The more flexible you are the easier it will be for you to move in our other classes along with your normal daily activities.  We highly recommend attending this class weekly & also doing your own stretching/recovery work on your one daily.
