What is CrossFit

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. Workouts are individualized which allows people of all fitness levels to workout together. Every day wii be a different challenge which will allow constant progress! 

Class structure

The WARM UP is about 10-15 min During this time coaches will discuss, teach and warm up the movements in the class.

The STRENGTH/SKILL portion will be at a lower intensity with a heavier weight or harder progression. This is where you get strong and work on technique to insure the safety of our program

The WOD (workout of the day) this is where the real “fun” begins! All classes will end with a high intensity workout. Based off of what you do in the warm up and strength portion coaches will scale & individualized the weights/movements to cater to your current ability.

All classes are led by a coach. They will guide you through each class and constantly work to improve your abilities.
