    • 1 tempo snatch deadlift + pull (5 seconds up, to power position, pull from power)

    • 1 snatch (floor)

    • 1 ohs

  • 2 x 3 : squat snatch @ 65% (floor)

4 rounds : (16-min)

  • 200m run

  • 10 power snatch (75/55)

  • 100m run

rest 1-min between rounds

sprint each round, try to go unbroken on the snatches
