  • 3 x 6 : behind neck push press (clean grip) @ 7/10 rpe

  • 3 x 6 : ohs (narrow grip) @ 7/10 rpe

try to go closer with your grip, while keeping depth of OHS

warm up weight for workout

  • 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps, building up to 50% of max front squats (off floor)

3 rounds : e3mom

1. 250 m row + 10 burpees over rower

2. 15 front squats @ 50% of 1rm (off floor)
