CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength & conditioning based fitness program. It combines the most effective aspects 
of weightlifting, gymnastics & high intensity 
cardio. There is no other exercise program that has as much diversity in its variables. Each workout is individualized to work at the athlete’s pace and progress.

Is CrossFit for me?

Yes! CrossFit is for people of all ages. Whether you are an office worker, a student, a retiree, or an elite athlete, you will find that our program can be customized
 to every individual, at any level. At CrossFit Nine7, our coaches understand that there can be many different levels of ability in one class and make sure to provide an individualized challenge designed to work each athlete to their fullest potential. Movements, rep counts & weights will be scaled to best fit your abilities. Each class is led by a certified CrossFit instructor who will work with you side by side as you progress, reach your goals, and master movements you never could’ve imagined being able to do.
