Barbell Club

Barbell Club classes focus on Olympic weightlifting.  Athletes will be led through an in-depth strength program.  Coaches will break down the movements in detail to help increase your technique. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this is a great class to take your Olympic weightlifting skills to the next level.

 

Monthly Memberships

Classes meet Saturdays @ 10am & 2nd Friday of each month

Non-CrossFit Members – $50/unlimited

Current Members – $25/month (Use code “nine7”)
