CrossFit is a strength & conditioning based fitness program. It combines the most effective aspects 
of weightlifting, gymnastics & high intensity 
cardio. There is no other exercise program that has as much diversity in its variables. Each workout is individualized. You will be challenged differently daily and work to your fullest potential.

 to any level and every individual. Movements, rep counts & weights will be scaled to best fit your abilities. At CrossFit Nine7 each class is led by a certified CrossFit instructor, who will work with you as you progress, reach your goals, and do things you never thought you would be able to.
