Group Classes

Our group class program is designed to work for people of all fitness levels. Members will experience a well-rounded, effective fitness program in a safe
 & encouraging atmosphere. Workouts will improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination & stamina, leading to a healthier lifestyle.

We are open 7 days a week and offer over 60 classes each week, to allow people with all different schedules to attend. Classes are 60 minutes.
